Matthew Grace at the Raw Health & Happiness Society Monday, May 14...

Breakfast- a large nut milk smoothie: fresh homemade Hazelnut milk, bananas, dates, and spices

Lunch- 4 sliced bananas, 3 tablespoons tahini, 3 tablespoons, 3 tablespoons sun-dried shredded coconut

Dinner- 2 packages Go Cashew Curried Cashews, 1 head Romaine lettuce, 1 medium tomato

The coconut I ate for lunch was from Go Coconut, distributed by International Harvest who I have not yet located a web address to get more information about them.  Anyway I really like their coconut, it's shredded in long thick chewy shreds, it's organic and sun-dried, not machine dehydrated.  Eating it is a notably different experience, one I like.

Matthew Grace was my first raw food mentor.  He is a Champ!  He is speaking tomorrow night, May 14, 7:00 PM, at the Raw Health & Happiness Society raw support group meeting.  His announced topic is "The Myth of Contagion."  If you can go, please go.  Matthew's integrity and commitment to truth and wellness are remarkable and inspiring.  Besides that, you could be easily satisfied just looking at his huge raw food grown biceps!  See them for yourself.  The location for the meeting is Hartley House, 413 West 46th Street, between 9th & 10th Avenue in Manhattan.
