Breakfast- 2 large pink grapefruit

Lunch- from a salad bar: Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded carrots, sun-dried tomatoes, marinated artichokes, walnuts, raisins

Dinner- from Bonobo's: Durian ice "cream", Patty Platter, cauliflower salad, marinated kale salad, sesame pate, 1 mesquite truffle

Bonobo's is the freshest organic cafeteria style raw restaurant in New York City!  It's located at 18 East 23rd Street.  Everything is so fresh because they only prepare what they need so the food doesn't sit around for days.  The patty platter is a mixed green salad with your choice of add-on's( I chose tomatoes, cucumbers, and corn) topped off with a raw patty.

I haven't written lately, but in case you're wondering I'm still raw!  Today is 1 year and 85 consecutive days of rawness with no regrets.

Welcome back! Congratulations on an amazing track record of "rawness"! You are so blessed to have raw food restaurants and delis so easily within reach. There is not even one here in South Africa, and we live in "liberal", "health conscious" Cape Town. All the things you describe sound so yummy. Some Trekkie really needs to invent a transporter :-)

good to have you back, it's always inspiring

lately bonobo's has been mixing it up nicely with some new creations

loved the blueberry/strawberry coconut pudding and they also made two versions of broccoli slaw that i did a decent job of re-creating in my kitchen
