Breakfast- 4 sliced Navel oranges mixed with 1 1/4 lbs fresh sliced strawberries
Lunch- 1/4 large watermelon
Dinner- 2 bananas
I didn't sleep well last night and by the end of the day my butt was dragging. That fancy food that I tried to eat last night was the cause- too much salt and fat! Also, I had put some onion, which I practically never eat, in the gravy and I had onion breath all day today.
