Breakfast- 6 Honey tangerines
Lunch- 1 1/2 lbs red grapes
Dinner- 6 bananas
On Tuesday nights I attend a class after work, so instead of eating dinner late, I eat during the half hour between leaving the office and the start of class. I like eating early because I sleep better, but on the other hand, eating dinner also helps me to relax and wind down at the end of the day.
Where am I going with this? I'm missing eating something at home tonight. I'm committed to three meals a day and I don't want to go to bed with a full stomach and miss out on needed rest on a "school" night. I'll survive. There's always breakfast.
