My Raw Food diet is not a fad! The American Dietetic Association needs colonic!

Breakfast- 1/2 watermelon

Lunch- 3 lbs cherries

Dinner- 6 large bananas, 1 large head Romaine lettuce

I love this line: "If you can't stand the heat - you don't have to get out of the kitchen."  Nargis Nooristani of insideBayArea.com has written a raw affirming article.  But of course, probably in the interest protection from a law suit from big business food interests, she's included comments from a spokesperson (how's that for a title that conveys sound scientific practice) from the American Dietetic Association, Andrea Giancoli, who says that the raw diet is a fad diet and comes with concerns.  She recommends eating dairy and meat, both of which have known detrimental affects on health.  I'm not a proponent of colonics, but with a diet of meat and dairy, maybe this "spokesperson" could use one; she's clearly full of....
