Lunch- 1/2 watermelon
Dinner- a large bowl of fruit custard of durian, pineapple, mango, garnished with cherries
This makes two days of eating only fruit; I feel terrific- vital, strong! I woke up with a sensation that I had rested well and that my body had performed some deep healing and cleansing during the night. I don't know exactly how to describe the feeling but it is a familiar experience of mine when I keep my food simple and abundant. I also went to sleep relatively early and sufficient sleep is essential for health.
The durian has been delicious. I'm one of those people who just loves it. It's been said about durian that people love it or they dislike it with rarely any other sentiments in between.
