Breakfast- 6 large Navel oranges
Lunch- 10 Honey tangerines
Dinner- 9 Medjool dates, a smoothie: 1 head green leaf lettuce, 3 ripe bananas, 2 cups water
I've been doing physical labor this week. A painter friend of mine hired me to help him with a painting job. The daily physical exertion has felt terrific and has reminded me how important exercise is in feeling good. The paint fumes haven't been too bad. On my breaks and lunch I've been going outside and doing several rounds of kapalabati breathing to clear my lungs of paint fumes and fill them with fresh air.
