On Saturday, 3/15/08:
Breakfast- 3 apples halved and smeared with raw tahini
Lunch- a smoothie: a large bunch of Dandelion greens, 5 Navel oranges, 1 cup water
Dinner- 2 large heads Romaine lettuce
The apples and tahini didn't sit well in my stomach. Even though I like the flavor combination, this mix complicates digestion and I end up proving the validity of the laws of proper food combining.
