On Tuesday, April 8, 2008:
Breakfast- large smoothie: 1 head green lead lettuce, 1/3 papaya, 6 strawberries, 2 cups water
Lunch- 1 cup of rolled oats moistened with 1 cup hot water, with 10 chopped dates, 1 tsp bee pollen, 1 large apple diced, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, cinnamon
Dinner- from LifeThyme Natural Market: 1 slice "I-Pie" (cooked vegetable casserole concoction), 1 slice of vegan banana cake(cooked)
I had a headache after eating lunch. I believe it was the result of poor food combining -the starchy oats mixed with the dates and apple, and high protein seeds. Dinner was nothing special, I've eaten raw food that was much more satisfying than this cooked fare.
