Breakfast- a fruit salad of 2 peaches, 2 bananas, 1 cup strawberries; 7- pieces raw "Chunks of Energy", 4(1 package) Miss Lillian's Raw Oatmeal Raisin cookies
Lunch- 1 large cantaloupe, 1 head Romaine lettuce
Dinner- open faced sandwich: 2 slices Love Force raw organic bread, dr-cow aged cashew nut cheese, Hawthorne Valley Farm Caraway Sauerkraut, 1 large sliced tomato; 1 glass organic red wine
