Raw Food Log, 2008, 8/26...

Breakfast- 3 large peaches sliced and mixed with 2 cups strawberries, sliced

Lunch- 2 avocados, 1 large field grown tomato, corn from 2 ears fresh sweet corn, all diced and sliced and mixed together (no cashews today!)

Dinner- an open faced sandwich: 2 slices Love Force bread with dr-cow cashew nut cheese and Hawthorne Valley Farm Sourkraut; from Integral Yoga Natural Food's deli, 1 slice Miss Lillian's raw lasagna; a handful of raw cashew nuts.

The peaches were perfectly naturally syrupy sweet! The avocados were rich and creamy.  The tomato was juicy and bursting with flavor and the corn was tender, crunchy and sweet.  This is the height of the season for mouth watering produce.

When I passed through Integral Natural Foods tonight I saw they had a fresh pan of Miss Lillian's lasagna in the deli case. Unlike last night, tonight it was just right -delicious.

I have been craving and avocado for lunch every day this week, so i smiled when I saw your lunch. I feel like I should dress it up more with the tomato, onion, cilantro etc...but my body seems to just want one avocado and it is quite satisfied.
