Raw Food Log, 2008, 8/26...
Breakfast- 3 large peaches sliced and mixed with 2 cups strawberries, sliced
Lunch- 2 avocados, 1 large field grown tomato, corn from 2 ears fresh sweet corn, all diced and sliced and mixed together (no cashews today!)Dinner- an open faced sandwich: 2 slices Love Force bread with dr-cow cashew nut cheese and Hawthorne Valley Farm Sourkraut; from Integral Yoga Natural Food's deli, 1 slice Miss Lillian's raw lasagna; a handful of raw cashew nuts.
When I passed through Integral Natural Foods tonight I saw they had a fresh pan of Miss Lillian's lasagna in the deli case. Unlike last night, tonight it was just right -delicious.
