Breakfast- 3 large cucumbers
Lunch- 1 1/2 lbs cherries
Dinner- 10 Medjool dates, aprox. 1/2 lb Romaine lettuce, 1 large cucumber, 3 nectarines
I needed something light and watery after last night's heavy dinner. I worked on a TV show today and was surrounded with film set food. I had decided before arriving on the set that I was going to stay raw, and I did. It only became challenging late at night when I was tired from a long day and bored from having to stand around the last couple of hours. The craft table was loaded with cookies and chips and jelly beans and salty snacks and sodas and such. However, there was also an abundance of fruit and water. I felt glad to come home from a very long day and having stayed raw.
