Lunch- 2 large Florida avocados, 3 bananas, both diced, mixed and sprinkled with shredded coconut and juice from 1 fresh lime
Dinner- an open faced sandwich: 2 slices Love Force "bread", Dr. Cow cashew nut "cheese", Hawthorne Valley Farms Sauerkraut; 2 medium sized cucumbers
