Breakfast- 1 head Romaine lettuce
Lunch- 1 lb red seedless grapes, 2 bananas
Dinner- a smoothie: 6 bananas, 1 bunch Dandelion greens, 2 cups water
I started a new office job this week and haven't time to write every day. Things are good though. Corporate America is not really geared to be supportive of healthy living, inside all day, artificial lighting, not much fresh air. The place I'm working though is at Rockefeller Plaza which is a great place to stroll around and get some fresh air and sunshine during lunch and breaks.
