Raw Food Log, 2008, 9/14...

Breakfast- 1 cantaloupe

Lunch- 2 large peaches, 2 plums, 2 bananas

Dinner- fresh corn from 2 ears of corn, 2 large tomatoes, mixed with 1 cup fresh home made pesto (basil from my garden)

this seems like such little calories. I know an average man even raw foody needs at least 1800 - 2000 calories r u getting enough and do you feel tired.

This was a great day of eating for me. It might have been light on the calories except for the pine nuts in the pesto. The nuts really shot the calorie count higher. I don't try to restrict myself. Believe me, I have a huge appetite and I eat until I'm full. Also these tomatoes were huge!
