Breakfast- 1 slice of raw carrot kake
Lunch- 2 quarts of strawberries, sliced and drizzled with honey
Dinner- 1 large slice raw carrot kake
I have ripe bananas and farm fresh lettuce that needs to be eaten but this raw carrot kake I made is so good I couldn't resist eating some more of it for dinner. What to choose -fresh nectarines, fresh dates, bananas, oranges, crispy tender greens..., it's a problem of abundance.
