On Monday, January 12:

Breakfast- Smoothie: 8 medium bananas, 2 small heads Romaine, blended with 2 cups water

Lunch- 6 Golden Delicious apples

Dinner- 5 large Navel oranges, 20 pecan halves, 4 Ginger Snap Lara bars

love the raw food log idea. i've also been using a food journal. the one i've found to be the easiest to use is nutrimirror and i think it's still free. anyway, it lets me see all my nutrients. it also lets me log exercise and the graphs are pretty motivating. cheers.
