Breakfast- 14 Medjool dates, 1 lb celery
Lunch- 3 Golden Delicious apples, 3 Fuji apples
Dinner- Fresh juice from 6 Blood oranges, a salad: 1 head Red leaf lettuce, 1 large pink grapefruit and 1 Valencia orange chopped, 1/2 head baby bok choy, 2 tbs tahini
