Thursday, January 15:
Breakfast- 1 large grapefruit, 1 tangerine, 2 Clementines
Lunch- 16 Clementines
Dinner- 16 oz fresh orange juice, a salad: large head Romaine lettuce, 1 pint cherry tomatoes, 2 sticks celery, a few pieces of parsley, 10-14 pecan halves, 2 tbs tahini
I just wasn't very hungry at breakfast. I didn't need the pecans and the tahini at dinner, but my wants over rid my needs.
