Breakfast- ½ gallon smoothie: 6 bananas, head of Romaine lettuce, 2 cups water—blended
Lunch- 7 apples
Dinner- a large salad: Romaine, Red leaf, Italian parsley, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, celery, pine nuts, tahini, fresh lime juice
