Breakfast- ½ gallon smoothie: 6 bananas, head of red leaf lettuce, 2 cups water—blended
Lunch- 6 apples (Golden Delicious, Jonagold, Fuji)
In relation to my blog, I feel like I've returned from the dead or escaped from being kidnapped! Last fall I was enrolled in a more advanced level Yoga teacher ceritification and I was working in my office job full time. Every minute was claimed. I was much too busy. I was aware that although I was doing something for self/health improvement and advancement, I felt like my well being suffered somewhat. My food was okay, not awfulbut not all raw.
One of the things that draws me to Natural Hygeine philosophy is it's emphasis on all of the compoents of health. We need rest and relaxation just as muhc as we need healthy food. I wasn't getting enough of the forner for a few months.

I'm still working full time, but I hope to get back in the ahbit of posting regularly. Happy New Year! By the way, the Lunar New Year is January 26.
