Raw Food Log, 2009, 12/10...
Breakfast- a smoothie: 6 bananas, 1 large head Romaine lettuce, blended with 2 cups water
Lunch- 16 oz fresh orange juice, a salad: Romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, walnuts, cucumbers, raisins
Dinner- 1/2 glass red wine 3-4 oz about one hour before eating, Alive & Radiant Foods Kale Chips, Living Intentions Cilantro Lime Mojo Pistachios & Pepitas, Audrey's Pleasure Royal Cheez snacks, one pint Lady Moon grape tomatoes
This was way too much dehydrated and salty food for dinner. The red wine definitly affected my food choice. After eating all the the dry salty stuff the tomatoes tasted like sweet juicy candy.
