Breakfast- 5 Navel oranges
Lunch- 3 bananas carob sauce(3 dates, 3 Tbs raw carob powder blended with enough water to make a thick sauce); 14 Medjool dates, 3 celery stalks
Dinner- juice from 2 pomegranates & 4 Navel oranges; a salad: small head Romaine lettuce, 1 diced orange bell pepper, 1 diced Hass avocado, 6 oz grape tomatoes
I took a vigorous yoga class this morning and I hadn't planned on any additional excercise today but this afternoon I had so much energy I decided to go to the gym. I worked out very hard with weights and cardio. It was a great workout and now I feel tired, but it's the good tired -when you know you've exerted yourself.
