Breakfast- a smoothie: 1 large head Romaine lettuce, 7 bananas, blended with 2 cups distilled water
Lunch- 32 oz fresh orange juice, a salad: mixed greens, shredded carrots, cucumbers, walnuts, raisins
Dinner- 1 large papaya (3 1/2lbs)
