Raw Food Log, 2009, 12/16...
Breakfast- 6 large navel oranges
Lunch- a smoothie: 32 oz, banana, pineapple, papaya; a salad: mixed greens, shredded carrots, walnuts, raisins, cucumbers
Dinner- 12 Medjool dates
I had planned to eat more for dinner. The dates were supposed to be a snack before going to the gym but after my workout I didn't feel very hungry. I also don't like to eat late, close to bed time, so I took advantage of the lack of hunger. I don't want to get in a habit of under eating and having people tell me that I look emaciated and asking dumb things like "Where do you get your protein?" or "Have you been sick?"
I'm feeling really terrific, just need to get that out! My office holiday party is this Thursday evening and I'm concerned that I won't be able to have satisfying raw meal. I'm committed to staying raw because I feel so good and I don't want to screw it up by going off and risk it taking me days or longer to get back on track with 100% raw. I'm not one of those people who can move easily between cooked and raw. When I go off, I go way off! I'm refraining from using the "A" word.
ADDICTION!
