Lunch- Pineapple/Mango/Strawberry smoothie; salad with Romaine, shredded carrots, cucumbers, walnuts and raisins
Dinner- Alive and Radiant Foods Kale Chips; One slice Ms. Lillian's Nutty Butter Brownie
I'm getting back to writing after not doing so for some time now. I've been all over the place with food; alternating omnivorism with raw foodism. My pride gets in the way of writing here when I'm not eating 100% raw. I'd like to get beyond that. I hope this meager return to raw food blogging is helpful.
