Breakfast- 1 1/2 lbs red seedless grapes
Lunch- 24 oz fresh squeezed orange juice from Jamba Juice; a salad with Mesclun greens, shredded carrots, raisins, walnuts, cucumbers
Dinner- 1/4 cup Goji berries from Bob's, 1/2 lb red seedless grapes, two golden delicious apples
My transition back to all raw is beginning to feel good. I notice when I get home from work I have had a little more energy each night. I was easily satisfied with an all fruit dinner. I feel that I've been too light on the greens. It is what it is, all in due time.
