Breakfast- 1 very large head of Romaine lettuce
Lunch- green smoothie, almost 1/2 gallon: 6 large bananas, 1 large head Romaine lettuce, 2 cups pure water blended
Dinner- 7 1/2 small pears
I felt groggy this morning, even after showering, shaving, moving around etc. During the course of eating the Romaine lettuce I became aware of my mind feeling clear and bright and "turned on." Suddenly I had a thought about the endocrine system and before I knew it I was excitedly reading a physiology book. Before eating the lettuce, my mind couldn't have handled reading the Physiology book.
