Breakfast- Pineapple/Greenleaf lettuce smoothie: 1 fresh pineapple, 1 medium head green leaf lettuce, 2 cups water, blended
Lunch- Salad: Romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, cucumbers, raisins, walnuts
Dinner- Honey tangerine/papaya smoothie; 1 slice of Ms. Lillian's Black & Tan cake.
