Raw Food Log, 2009, May 10...
Breakfast- a smoothie: 1/2 head red leaf lettuce, 1/2 head green leaf lettuce, 5 bananas, 2 cups water blended
Lunch- a salad: mixed greens and sliced tomatoes
Dinner-Organic Nectars goji-strawberry raw agave gelato topped with Didi's Ko-Ko Krunchies, 3.5 oz bag of Living Intentions Rosemary and Garlic Pistachios & Almonds
Lunch was at a cooked food restaurant, Bar Pitti, where I met up with some friends. There wasn't alot for a raw foodist to choose from but the company was good, the alfresco dining was refreshing and I felt satisfied with the salad. Also breakfast very filling so it all worked out.
Dinner was probably the result of my ice sundae desire not being fulfilled last night when I felt disappointed at Pure Juice and Take Away. For the record, I really like Pure Juice and Take Away, but I think it was a mistake to take the Sundae off of the menu. It was a winner.
