Raw Food Log, 2009, May 11...
Breakfast- 1 head Romaine lettuce
Lunch- 1 slice Ms. Lillian's Black and Tan cake, 6 pieces Didi's Carob Sun Gems
Dinner- a salad: Romaine lettuce, Baby bok choy, shredded carrot, 1 avocado, 1/2 cucumber, 1 large tomato, tsp dulse flakes, juice of 1/2 lemon; Awesome Foods Kale Tempura
Lunch was pretty heavy. I think I set myself up for some cravings with yesterday's dinner. The nuts in particular were spicy and I woke up this morning with a garlicky salty dehydrated sensation in my mouth. My salad tonight was delicious -crispy, juicy and savory.
