Breakfast- 16 small fresh apricots
Lunch- 5 bananas, 6 small apricots
Appetizer- 12 oz carrot and yam juice before going for a run
Dinner- a salad: Romaine lettuce, Baby bok choy, 1/2 Hass avocado, small cucumber, 2 med tomatoes, shredded carrots, juice of 1/2 half lemon, 1 tsp Maine Coast Dulse Flakes, 1 tbs Hawthorne Valley Farm Raw Caraway Sauerkraut
