Breakfast- a smoothie: 6 bananas, 1 head Romaine lettuce, two cups water, blended

Lunch- a salad: Romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, cucumbers, raisins, walnuts

Dinner- 3 bananas, 1 small bite Glaser Farms raw vegan Almond Sesame Halvah, 1 slice Ms. Lillian's Raw Louisiana Yam Pie

Wow, you must feel very light. not a lot of fat you eat. thanks so much for sharing the places and companies from where you get certain raw foods!!
