Breakfast- 6 very large navel oranges
Lunch- 5 large bananas, sliced into a bowl and drizzled with raw almond butter, sprinkled with shredded coconut and carob powder
Dinner- a quick raw nosh: head of baby bok choy, sliced cucmber, 3 oz raw milk cheddar cheese, a few pecan halves, 1 large tomato
