Lunch- a very large smoothie: 2 quarts strawberries, 4 bananas, medium head of green leaf lettuce, 1 cup water
Dinner- open faced sandwich:2 slices Love Force Sun-Flax Focaccia, dr-cow cashew cheese, 1 large sliced tomato, 1 sliced cucumber; 4 pieces Didi's Carob Fudge Sun Gems
