Breakfast- 1 head Romaine lettuce, 16 oz carrot juice
Lunch- a salad: Romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, cucumbers, walnuts, raisins
Dinner- 1 slice Ms Lillian's Raw Nutty Butter Brownie, 2 pieces Didi's Carob Fudge Sun Gems
Today I received the latest issue of Purely Delicious raw food magazine. Wow, it is a very colorful glossy issue! The recipes look delicious; there are some delectable looking creations by Matthew Kenny and also Jennifer Cornbleet. I am not a big fan of cacao, I think it contains harmful addictive substances. Hence, David Wolfe and I disagree. In spite of that, I liked the interview with David Wolfe; there's an interesting overview of some of David's other (non cacao focused)ideas about wellness, gardening, minerals, etc. He's got a sharp and admirable inquisitive mind and his love of gardening reminds me that in truth we are kindred spirits. I just wish he didn't push cacao.
