Breakfast- a blended soup: kale, apples, lemon, 1 1/2 cups water (about 48 oz total)
Lunch- a smoothie: 6 bananas, 1 head Romaine, 2 cups water ( 2 quarts total)
Dinner- 20 oz fresh orange juice
The blended soup for breakfast was amazingly refreshing and filling. I made the juice as an appetizer before going to the gym but now afterward I don't feel hungry. I usually eat more than I need just because I like to eat but tonight I'm taking advantage of not feeling hungry and I'll let the juice suffice.
