Breakfast- a smoothie: juice from 8 Valencia oranges, 1 head green leaf lettuce
Lunch- a salad: Romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, 1/2 avocado, cucumbers, raisins
Dinner- appetizer: 20 oz fresh carrot juice; raw sandwich: sliced peeled cucumber and Hawthorne Valley Farm Raw Caraway Sauerkraut between 2 slices Love Force Sun-Flax Focaccia on which I had spread Dr. Cow cashew cream cheese
