Breakfast- Skipped it, too full from the heavy late meal the night before
Lunch- 4 Raw Revolution bars
Dinner- 8 (two packages) Ms. Lillian's Raw Oatmeal Cookies
I looked up the link to the Raw Revolution website and I feel disappointed after having re-read the ingredients. I don't think the bars are really raw. :( They're incomparably healthier than cooked junk food but the ingredients list doesn't say that the nuts are raw and the also it looks like the chocolate is not raw. I'd still recommend them as a healthier snack snack alternative but not if you're committed to being truly 100% raw.
Obviously today was not a raw leafy green kind of day. I'm keeping my eyes on the raw path and doing the best I can.
