Breakfast- an Almond/Pine nut milk smoothie with bananas, macca, bee pollen, dates, spices, vanilla

Lunch- Green Smoothie: 7 bananas, 1 head Romaine lettuce, 2 cups pure cold water

Dinner- 1 avocado, 1/2 cut walnuts
