Breakfast- 1 1/2 lb Red Seedless Grapes purchased at Westerly
Lunch- 32 oz fresh orange juice from Jamba Juice
Snack- 17 medjool dates
Dinner- 1 piece Mauk Family Raw Wheat Free Crust topped with Artisana Raw Tahini, Hawthorne Valley Farms Caraway Juniper Berry Sauerkraut and two Romaine lettuce leaves
As you can tell I'm a man with habits. If something is working for me I tend to keep doing it. The grapes that I've been eating have been very good. I don't know if it's my palate or if this year's harvest is tastier than previous years. For me grapes can be tricky because the tanins in the skins is frequently so strong that the I don't enjoy eating the grapes. Not so recently -tender skins on flavorful sweet grapes.
The Mauk Family crusts are lighter and seem to digest more easily than the Love Force bread that I've been eating recently.
