Second breakfast- a smoothie: 4 large sweet apples, two tablespoons of chia seed soaked overnight in one cup filtered water, 1/2 peeled lemon, 3 leaves of kale with stems -blended in the Vitamix
Lunch- 32 oz fresh orange juice from Jamba juice
Dinner- one piece Mauk Family raw crust topped with Farm Fresh raw baby swiss cheese
