Dinner- one cup red seedless grapes; a very large salad: 1 head red leaf lettuce, 1 diced avocado, 16 sun-dried tomato halves soaked in hot water, 2 large Kirby cucumbers diced, 1 stick celery diced, 1/2 cup Hawthorne Valley Farms plain sauerkraut
I went for a long walk in Central Park today. I sat in the sun and ate apples and I laid in the grass. I listened to sidewalk musicians and sat in the woods and wrote in my journal with the sun streaming through the trees. When I came home I danced in my living room while the tomatoes were soaking. It's remarkable how rejuvenating all of this felt. Its good for the soul -not to mention good for one's health.
