Lunch- 24 oz fresh orange juice from Jamba Juice, 1 head Red Leaf lettuce, 2 sticks of celery
Dinner- raw milk cheese, Brad's raw chips, Glaser Farms Nori Krackers
I'm having a high level of energy today and feel very clear headed. I think having a very simple food day on Thursday had a notable impact. This is how raw life is supposed to feel. I'm hoping the heavy cheese won't have too much of a downward impact on my energy level tomorrow.
