Raw Date 2010.11.15, Monday...
Breakfast- Homemade ginger tea: sliced fresh ginger steeped in hot water
Lunch- 5 large apples
Dinner- Green smoothie: 8 bananas, 1 head Romaine lettuce, 1 tsp Maca, 1 tsp bee pollen, two cups pure water blended in the Vitamix
Dinner was on the late side last night and I still felt full this morning, hence the ginger tea. The cacao in yesterday's brownie did prevent me from sleeping as soundly as I usually do and this afternoon I could the post cacao slump as the stimulation was subsiding.
