Lunch- 5 large apples
Dinner- 2 pieces Love Force Rawganic Vegan Bread topped with Dr. Cow Cashew Cream cheese and Hawthorne Valley Farms plain sauerkraut; 4 Aimee's Livin' Magic Rosemary Kimchee Crackers
I felt very clear headed and energetic today. I attribute it to the high calorie low fat dinner last night and the simple breakfast and lunch today.
