Breakfast- 24 oz fresh home made green juice: kale, red leaf lettuce, celery, ginger and lime
Second Breakfast- 24 oz fresh orange juice
Morning snack- 16 oz fresh orange juice
Lunch- 4 large apples
Dinner- 1 very sweet ripe persimmon

I have a question though..
is this diet for weight loss or something?
because i know that apple is a negative calorie burner and it eats up energy from the body to burn it.
