Breakfast- 24 oz fresh home made green juice: kale, red leaf lettuce, celery, ginger and lime

Second Breakfast- 24 oz fresh orange juice

Morning snack- 16 oz fresh orange juice

Lunch- 4 large apples

Dinner- 1 very sweet ripe persimmon

Good recipe.

I have a question though..

is this diet for weight loss or something?
because i know that apple is a negative calorie burner and it eats up energy from the body to burn it.

Hi Tony, No, I'm not trying to lose weight, this just happens to be what I ate that day. I felt fully energized all day but I wouldn't be able to eat like this every day, I need more calories. It was late when I arrived home for dinner and I didn't want to go to bed with a full stomach. The persimmon was delicious.
