Lunch- Raw cashews, raw milk cheese, Aimee's Livin' Magic Herbed Onion "bread"
I really through off my digestive system starting with grazing all afternoon at the potluck lunch on Saturday, more heavy food last night and the heavy lunch this afternoon. I don't eat onions under most circumstances and something I ate a large quantity of at the pot luck had onions and this onion bread wreaked havoc. I had gas, I felt depressed and it was difficult to concentrate. I'm glad it happened on the weekend and not in the middle of a busy week
