Breakfast- 32 oz fresh orange juice from Jamba Juice
Lunch- 6 Medjool dates
Snack- 1/2 cup raw cashew nuts
Dinner- raw milk cheese, walnuts
I've been over doing it with the cheese. When I get home at night after a long day at work the cheese seems to call my name. I'd like to not eat it any more. I just don't feel like going through the process of making a big juicy crunchy satisfying salad even though I know that would be more satisfying. I'll keep hold of that vision for myself.
