Raw Date, 2010.11.05, Thursday...

Breakfast- 3 large apples

Lunch- a green smoothie: 6 bananas, 1 medium sized head of Romaine lettuce, 2 cups pure cold water, all blended in the Vitamix

Dinner- 32 oz fresh orange juice from Jamba Juice, 1 cup macadamia nuts, 6 pieces Hyacinth's Vanilla Macaroons

I think that Dr. Doug Graham's quote for November 4 is a particularly important fact to keep in mind as we're faced will all of the packaged and bottled products that we're faced with daily.  The same could be said for November 5.
